These include Age Concern in the Vale, Cardiff Women's Aid, the Vale Alcohol and Drug Team, Cardiff Women in Mind and Counselling South Wales. Areas of particular interest to me, and in which I have extensive counselling experience are mental health, particularly anxiety-related issues, addictions and eating disorders.
