Daila Consolaro's interest in holistic health and wellbeing started in Italy, where she grew passionately about herbs and essential oils. After moving to the UK in 1999, she felt guided to follow an inner path of self-discovery, and collect the teachings and the gifts along the way. She trained in different modalities, including Herbal medicine, Reiki, Shamanism and JourneyÒ therapy.
