I am a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Sports Massage Therapist working in Edinburgh. I trained with The London College of Clinical Hypnotherapy and The London School of Sports Massage. I am a member of The british Society of Clinical Hypnotherapy and The Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage. Although enjoying working as a massage therapist I also felt pulled towards psychological approaches to health for my own interest and growth. My curiosity in how I and others think, led me to Neuro Linguistic Programming and Clinical Hypnosis, and the power of the unconscious mind to make changes in peoples lives. My interest in The unconscious mind and how it works led me to train in NLP and become Practitioner of Clinical Hypnotherapy.
