A service providing architectural design through to Planning Approval and Building Warrant. The practice has experience in a wide range of project types and sizes from home extensions to larger housing projects, commercial and industrial buildings, civic buildings and schools. We offer specialist conservation expertise. Initial discussions with the client are free. Preferably this is done at the client's premises and the project is discussed. We will then provide a quote for our services and only when that is confirmed will be proceed further. We will then commence with a survey of the existing premises or site and provide sketch proposals which the client needs to comment on to ensure that this meets their requirements. Full technical drawings, specification and documentation is then produced and submitted on your behalf.
