Repairing and plastering of kitchen ceiling
Simon came out to quote really quickly after my initial contact and was very professional, and provided us with a very comprehensive written quote, complete with invoices for a number of jobs. The kitchen ceiling has now been completed. Simon worked incredibly hard the entire day to complete the work to a high standard. He tidied up and left my kitchen cleaner than when he started! I have found his excellent communication about the work all the way through the process especially helpful and reassuring. I would thoroughly recommend Simon based on our experience and will be employing him again.
Kitchen / Dinning Ceiling Scraped and Plastered
What a lovely, talanted, professional person and plasterer this man is. Started by preparing the whole floor area, work surfaces and cupboards. We were informed of his plans and given advice on small tricky areas around the ceiling that were difficult to reach. He worked tirelessly throughout the day before washing down the floors and cupboards once the plastering had been completed to a very high standard. Brilliant.
House Renovation
Asked Simon to completely renovate a 3 bedroom house for me , after speaking with him for a short while I new he was the man for the job and boy did he do a fantastic job, I can honestly say I couldn’t find anything wrong with the work or person , he was always on the other end of the phone if I needed advice on the fixtures and fittings or anything like that. Definitely a 10 from me!, Thankyou
Conversion of garage into study
Simon Buffong is an excellent builder. We have found him reliable, polite, friendly in all our encounters. He is meticulous, methodical, takes pride in his work and is incredibly diligent. Simon is the best builder we have ever worked with and I would recommend him to everyone.
Patching up a damaged ceiling
Excellent efficiency with responding to an emergency - accidentally coming through the bedroom ceiling from the loft! Managed to fit us in during a busy working period and very reasonable price for job. So reliable, polite, reassuring - his experience always shows. Thank you Simon!
Brilliance personified
Simon was called to put insulation into a ceiling, plasterboard over and then skim finish. Simon was absolutely fantastic and his work was brilliant. Simon worked extremely hard to produce a wonderful job. Simon was mindful of the amount of mess that would be generated and tidied up all mess and dirt meticulously. I highly recommend Simon highly. 100% Professional.
House Refurbishment
Have previously used Simon to fully install upstairs bathroom including shower and full tiling of walls and floor to a very high standard. I have since had Simon also fully tile the entrance hall floor into and including the kitchen and refit / install the kitchen and plumb in a new sink. 10/10 rating.
House Extension
The quality of the extension is excellent. Great attention to detail. Conduct to me and my property was respectful, clean and tidy, always communicated on progress, great communicator, trustworthy. Definitely good value for money. I will definitely use SBDS again.
To line and render curved garden walls and the front face of steps
This was the second job that Simon had carried out for us. After his attention to detail and high standard of work we had no hesitation in asking him to return for a much larger task in the garden. We cannot recommend him highly enough
Plaster spare bedroom/office
This is the third time we have used Superior Building Development Services and as always the work carried out is fantastic and to an incredibly high standard. Simon is punctual, reliable, friendly and professional - I have never known someone work so hard. We will definitely be calling on Simon again for upcoming projects and can highly recommend to others.
Plastering bedroom walls.
Simon is a consummate professional. Cheerful, efficient, helpful and cares about the quality of his work. We are very happy with the job he did on our bedrooms. I highly recommend him. One of the best tradespeople we have had to do work on our house.
Reinstatement of Kitchen ceiling
Simon did a great job and we are really pleased with the work. His communication and reliability was fantastic and it made the whole process so much less stressful following a the water damage. He takes pride in his work and ensures that it is done to a high standard. Thank you.
Kitchen installation and general building development
Simon was timely, positive, accurate, friendly, honest (didn’t suck air through his teeth), patient, never a problem but a solution in the waiting. It was not only a pleasure to have him round but he would offer suggestions to things we were pondering and they worked out. A builder - come - friend after all he did. Happy to leave the house keys with him while we walked the dog and anyone he brought in to help (Benjamin, Rowan, Ramsay, Marcus and assistant) were spot on and Simin addressed any concerns we had immediately. All round a good builder and nice guy who did not seem phased.
Reboarding and re-plastering After rain damaged roof caused cieling to collapse
Absolutely delighted with the work carried out by Simon punctual, skilful, and pleasant worked hard all day and finished job was to a very high standard and then cleaned up afterwards. Would have no hesitation in recommending him and using him again. Excellent.
Stripping wall and ceiling paper, and applying plaster skim to walls and ceiling.
A first class job, undertaken with the minimum of disruption to the rest of the house. Simon stuck to the projected start date, and gave us ample opportunity to clear the room. Returned home after 2 days away and found the job complete and everything cleared away.
