I'm Mark Andrews, and I've been repairing PCs and laptops for people in St Helens since 2008. I work evenings and weekends — when other repair shops are shut. No shop, no call centre, just me. FAQs
Do you work evenings and weekends?
Yes — that's my whole thing. Most repair shops close at 5pm. I work evenings after work and weekends, so you don't need to take time off to get your computer fixed.
Do you come to me or do I need to drop off?
Both. You're welcome to drop off by appointment at my home workshop in Laffak, St Helens, or I can come to you. Whatever suits you best.
How much do repairs cost?
It depends on the fault, but I'm always upfront about costs before starting any work. Because I work from home with no shop overheads, my rates are lower than high street repair shops. Typical repairs cost around £70 but there is a lot of variety.
Do you fix Apple Macs as well as Windows PCs?
Yes — I work on iMacs, MacBooks, and Mac Minis, both hardware and software problems.
Do you repair mobile phones or tablets?
No, I only repair computers as in Desktop PC's All in one PC's or Laptops.
Do you repair TV's or Mionitors?
I can do, but 90% of the time these kind of repairs aren't economical and replacing the whoel thign is udually the outcome
