Wilson Goodchild is a growing business formed in 2004 and based in Lincolnshire operating in the East Midlands. We provide a range of management services to support organisations to make a difference. For example we have helped our clients make plans for the future and identify ways to reach their goals; develop managers and leaders; evaluate performance discovering what works well, considering where there is room for improvement and agreeing areas that can be developed; identify gaps in services and develop solutions; identify training and development needs and plan ways to address these.
