Healthy Options provides everyone an alternative therapy that can be safely used along side other forms of healing. At Healthy Options we use patches to help heal and reduce pain very fast - most pain gone in about 20 seconds. I have been a Reiki Master/Teacher for over 15 years. After a treatment patches are placed to continue the work that Reiki's done to speed up healing. At Healthy Options we use patches which work in the same way that Reiki does - we refer to them as 'acupuncture without needles'. Nothing enters the body, no drugs or chemicals. There are 5 amazing patches which addresses everything we need : sleep, weight loss, pain, energy and ageing.
