Based in Southampton, Hampshire, TerabIT was formed in defiance of over-inflated, complicated pricing structures (often shrouded in baffling jargon) offered by many IT companies and professionals. We believe that your computer, like your car, has become more of a necessity than a luxury. As a result, computers are no longer beyond the reach of the average household. We see no reason why computer repairs & support should be less affordable either. Our policy is therefore to de-mystify the industry and to bring you professional, friendly support that will not come with a financial burden. We are a business and, of course, we intend to make a living. However, world domination is not our target. Your satisfaction most certainly is.
