Proactive Support Agreements Proactive support agreements offer you the peace of mind that the GreenLite team will monitor your systems and devices and, often without you realising, work to resolve any situation before it affects your business. Our advanced monitoring platform will notify us before any issues occur and we will allocate a weekly maintenance window to update your systems and perform any required tasks without interrupting your business. They do require a monthly commitment 2. Reactive Support Agreements If you would prefer a support agreement without a monthly commitment then our reactive plans are for you. Our team of engineers will be ready to take your call if and when any issues occur or you just need some help and assistance with any of your IT systems. Our pre-paid packages offer you discounted rates as well as a service level agreement. They are still a Pay as You Go service where you only pay for the time you use, but we can offer you a faster response time because there will be no 'paperwork' to complete before our engineers are able to assist you.
