At Holistic Zone, we utilise a whole range of therapies, techniques and products, including massage, reiki, nutritional therapy and essential oils, to create natural solutions to support your health and wellbeing. When you arrive a consultation is carried out to discuss what's going on for you, and together we decide how you can be helped on that particular day. Your treatment plan may consist of a specific form of therapy that you have in mind, such as massage, or a customised blend of techniques - it's really up to you. It's a bespoke, individual service. ~ And........ if you just want to have some pampering 'me' time, we can help with that too! ~ We understand that choosing a therapist can be daunting - we always very happy to have a telephone consultation with you before you commit to an appointment ensuring we the right fit for you. All treatments are carried out in a calm, tranquil and relaxed environment giving you a chance to let go of some of the stresses and strains of modern day life which, at times, can have a detrimental effect on our health over time. Our philosophy is to provide total wellbeing within a genuine, caring and relaxed atmosphere, and our dedication is appreciated by our clients (see the testimonials page). With our knowledge and experience, we confident that we will be able to provide you with a service that is right for you. All sessions are tailored to your individual needs, so treatment times may vary. Why not treat someone to a therapy or pampering treatment?
