We are a Social Enterprise and growing association of professional, experienced MBACP counsellors, offering counselling and longer-term therapy to children, young people and adults in friendly consulting rooms in central Truro and a number of Cornish schools. The degree to which a person is carrying an invisible load of stored sadness, fear or anger, directly affects their capacity for joy, achievement and growth. For this reason I'm OK, You're OK! provides counselling and longer-term therapy to support emotional change & wellbeing for children, teenagers,families and staff.
