I’m Liz and I became a reflexologist to share and promote health and wellbeing through the wonderful treatment of reflexology.
Having worked for over 10 years as a marketing professional in a busy commercial environment and realising that we now live in an ever-more stressful and confusing world, I discovered reflexology as a route to easing stress, improving my health and starting a new journey to help others feel better, calmer, and more energised.
On a yoga retreat in Costa Rica a few years ago, I had the time and inspiration needed to think about the direction I wanted my life to take. It was during this trip that I decided to listen to my heart and follow a new path into the fascinating world of reflexology and all of its amazing benefits.
I am fully qualified with an ABC Level 3 diploma in reflexology through the prestigious London School of Reflexology, I am fully insured as well as a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR).
My goal is to help others feel a sense of wellbeing and healing and for my clients to leave a reflexology session with me feeling rebalanced, emotionally calmer, refreshed and better able to cope with the challenges of life today.
I have further certificates in pregnancy reflexology, power and chakra balancing reflexology, spinal reflexology and crystal healing. Please contact me and we can discuss a therapeutic approach that is right for you.
Liz came and gave me the most gorgeous treatment in my own home. She brought this amazing gravity chair and I just floated away whilst she worked her magic. At the end of the treatment. I felt it had only been about 30 mins, but it has been an hour, so must have had a little snooze somewhere!

What should I expect from my first session?
Before your first treatment, you will receive a medical and lifestyle questionnaire by email. This will need to be completed and returned to me before your first appointment. During your first session, a face-to-face consultation will be carried out to establish your exact requirements. The treatment will then be tailored to your needs. You will have the chance to ask any questions you may have. I will also explain a little more about how reflexology works and what will happen during the session.
What aftercare advice should I follow once my treatment has finished?
Ensure you drink plenty of water in order to hydrate your body and help flush out any toxins. Avoid caffeine, alcohol or smoking for 24 hours after your treatment and ensure you get plenty of rest. Avoiding any strenuous activity will ensure the treatment is at its most effective, so the body can then focus on the process of healing.
What happens during a typical treatment session?
I will bring along a comfortable reclining chair, music and other equipment to make your treatment as relaxing as possible. You just need to provide a calming, quiet and uninterrupted environment to get the best from your session and ensure you wear something warm and comfortable. You will remain fully clothed and just be required to remove your shoes and socks. After lying back on the recliner and removing your footwear, you will be offered a warm blanket and then the treatment will begin with a light massage to the feet using a light balm or oil. Once the feet are relaxed, precise reflexology movements will be performed involving various massage techniques and gentle pressure applied to different areas of the feet. The treatment itself lasts about 45 minutes and aims to completely relax you and thereby help to stimulate the body’s natural ability to heal itself. At the end of the session, I will discuss any areas of sensitivity or congestion that may have been detected.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Gift vouchers are the ideal present for that special friend, family member or loved one. Bespoke gift vouchers can be made up and sent out to you on request. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any loyalty scheme or special offers. Vouchers are non-transferable and must be used within 6 months of date of issue for single treatments. Vouchers purchased for packages must be used as per the package terms and conditions
Do you offer packages of reflexology treatments?
Yes, packages of 6, 10 and 12 are available. Payment is required up front to take advantage of the discounted prices for booking packages.
A course of 6 is £315 (a saving of £15). This is valid for 6 months from purchase.
A course of 10 is £500 (a saving of £50). This is valid for 10 months from purchase.
A course of 12 is £570 (a saving of £90). This is valid for 12 months from purchase.
Packages are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, must be redeemed in full and cannot be used in conjunction with any loyalty scheme or special offers.
