About Mojo School
At Mojo School, we believe that healing from burnout isn’t about becoming a different person – it’s about finding your way back to the woman you’ve always been beneath the stress, expectations and endless responsibilities. We specialise in supporting women who feel exhausted, overwhelmed or disconnected from themselves. Whether you’re navigating burnout, perimenopause, life transitions or simply feeling like you’ve lost your spark, our practical, compassionate approach combines evidence-based mental health strategies with holistic wellbeing practices to help you feel like yourself again. Founded by Jane Bellis, Mrs Mojo, after her own journey through burnout and recovery, Mojo School brings together over a decade of experience in mental health and wellbeing with a deep understanding that lasting change happens when we care for the whole person – mind, body, emotions and spirit. Our online courses, digital guides, podcast, blog and supportive community are designed to meet you exactly where you are. There are no unrealistic morning routines, toxic positivity or one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, you’ll find realistic, achievable steps that fit into real life and create sustainable change over time. We see burnout not as a personal failure, but as a signal that something needs to change. Our mission is to help women reconnect with their confidence, energy and sense of purpose, creating lives that feel calmer, healthier and more aligned with who they truly are. At Mojo School, healing isn’t about perfection. It’s about coming home to yourself.
About Jane Bellis (Mrs Mojo)
Hello, I’m Jane – although most people know me as Mrs Mojo. I’m a mental health and wellbeing practitioner, author, podcast host and the founder of Mojo School. More importantly, I’m someone who understands what it feels like to lose yourself while spending years looking after everyone else. For more than 10 years I’ve dedicated my work to helping women understand burnout, reclaim their confidence and build lives that feel nourishing instead of exhausting. My approach combines evidence-based mental health practices with holistic wellbeing, because I believe true healing happens when we support the mind, body, emotions and spirit together. When I’m not creating new courses, writing or recording podcasts, you’ll usually find me outdoors, tending my garden, spending time with my family or dreaming up new ways to help women reconnect with themselves. I believe nature is one of our greatest teachers, and you’ll often find those themes woven throughout everything I create. Whether you’ve found Mojo School through a blog, podcast, social media or a recommendation from a friend, I’m so glad you’re here. I hope you find not only practical tools that help you feel better, but a place where you feel seen, understood and reminded that it’s never too late to come home to yourself.
