Dispel Dyslexia offers private, individual, multi-sensory teaching to learners of any age who have dyslexia or who need to improve their literacy skills. Teaching and learning take place in a comfortable, relaxed and quiet environment. Learning sessions are tailored to suit each student's level of skills and interests with clearly identified and achievable goals. The parents of young learners and the chaperones of vulnerable adults are welcome to stay during learning sessions. Multi-sensory teaching is regarded as the most effective way of helping people with dyslexia to improve their literacy skills. This approach makes use of our different senses: sight, hearing, smell, taste and touch, which means that the process both of learning and teaching is creative, varied, stimulating and, above all, FUN!
