Carden Associates are able to quickly arrange Bridging Loans and Short term Finance to allow the purchase of property where the main source of finance has yet to be finalised or where finance has been applied for but will not complete in time.Bridging Loans can be used to fund Auction Properties as well as a wide range of property.
