A remote and basic site set on a working farm and offering a real back to nature camping experience. It's accessed via a long winding track over two cattle grids and although it does accept caravans and motorhomes is probably best suited to tent campers as there are no electric hook-ups. The camping field itself is about an acre in size, slopes slightly in places, and screened by trees. There's a basic toilet and wash basin on-site, together with a waste and elsan point. For peace and quiet, together with the chance to spot plenty of wildlife around the site, this is a great place to unwind.
