We are made of energy, everything is energy. Words and thoughts, other people, family, ancestral lines, past lives and our environment are all things which affect our energy field. Through time if we don't clean our energy, dense energy can become crystallised or stuck in the body and can lead to illness, depression or attraction of similar energies in life. In a session we work to clean the energy and get to the root of the problem releasing both the story and the energy in the body. Often a feeling from our childhood has created energy in the body which attracts similar stories to our lives, we track the feeling, the emotion which is causing blockages both in the body and our lives; and work to release this. The work can transform how we feel and our life situation. When we change our energy and the way we feel about life and ourselves our whole lives can heal. We become more in balance with the light energies of nature and can become healthier, happier and luckier. xx
