This 3-hour workshop for up to 6 participants enables you to find out exactly what people experience when they visit your website. Is it confusing and frustrating or is it easy to navigate and find what they are looking for? Do your visitors do what you want them to, and what messages does your site give about your business? The course runs regularly throughout the year on a Wednesday afternoon.
