We offer one to one and group training in Pilates throughout Gloucestershire and West Oxfordshire. Our instructors are fully trained to Level 3 and have had many years experience in the fitness industry. We offer structured and individual programs to suit clients needs and have has great succes in treating conditions of a musculo-skelatal nature.
