Once we have booked an appointment for you we will visit your home or place of work rid you of your unwanted visitors and only once we are satisfied that the work has been carried out to our exacting standards will we request for the payment to be made in full. As long as you have a pest or vermin problem that we are able to resolve we will not apply a call out charge. We follow up all visits with a quality assurance phone call to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our service.
