Behavioural safety training has been acknowledged as the way forward for any organisation seeking to achieve a world-class safety performance. SOG Ltd has developed the unique and innovative Deal With It® programme of workshops, a life changing experience whose innovative approach has helped many well-known companies make the necessary step change on the journey to safety excellence. The Deal With It® objective is to change people's beliefs and attitudes so that they instinctively behave in a safe manner both at work and in their daily lives. For behavioural safety training to be effective, the message must be delivered in a clear, understandable way. But it's also essential participants enjoy the experience if they are to successfully take on board the good practices into their day-to-day activities
