  Swinden House is an excellent and conveniently sited venue for offsite meetings, conferences, training sessions, workshops, seminars, briefings, interviews etc.Situated in quiet, pleasant grounds just off Moorgate Road on the outskirts of Rotherham and very close to  M1 J33, Sheffield Parkway and the M18, Swinden House is therefore ideally located for local, regional and national events and is very easily accessible.  Our high specification facilities include 7 meeting and conference rooms which can accommodate from 2 to 80 delegates; a computer training suite is also available. Our rates are very competitive and you'll be pleasantly surprised to find that there are none of the extras which can tend to add up. Many venues charge extra for projectors, screens or computers - we don't - and our tea and coffee prices are per day, not per cup
