Hi my name is Phailom and I am no stranger to serving Thai food to the Cumbrian community, 5 years ago I brought Thai cooking to the Lake District Coast Aquarium at Maryport this proved so successful it has now grown into 2 dedicated Thai nights per month both of which are usually fully booked.
