Won on appeal two new arts and craft houses and 1 flat in Parkstone Village
Green Sphere Design is pleased with the grant of planning approval following an appeal to the planning inspectorate. The approval is for the replacement of a single dwelling with 2 substantial Arts and Craft Houses and a FOG (flat over a garage) in Parkstone Village, Poole. The inspector was very complimentary about the design, describing the proposal as "a high quality design" and rejected all of the Local Authorities reasons for refusal. This maintains our 100% planning approval record for the last 10 years.
