Weight Loss Classes
Premier Wellness offers 12 week educational weight loss classes from our studio in Alloa.The class consists of a weigh in, nutritional discussions, hand outs, fun, friendship, motivation, prizes and life style change.The 12 week class cost £39 and includes a free one-one with a wellness coach and a body composition text on weeks 1,6 and 12.If you would like more information or took book a place please dont hesitate to contact Donna on 07522250126
