Mould Shields
Mould shields fit to the edge of the mould and open and close with the mould to prevent parts spilling into the machine or onto the floor. Made of transparent material it's easy to view the process without removing the shields. They attach using removable magnets for rapid access to the mould and to avoid slowing down mould changes. Often also referred to as mould curtains.Mould shields are easy to install and remove, with some assembly of hardware required. Each kit contains two mould shields plus mounting hardware and the required number of magnets. Easily attached and removed, quickly moved from press to press to meet changing production demands or simply removed in seconds for equipment maintenance purposes.
