Infant Massage Instructor Course
Course Fee is £150.00 (in Newport) or £175.00 (in Reading)This is a 2 day course and both dates must be attended to qualify.Research is now showing that baby massage can be extremely beneficial for both mother and baby and is becoming increasingly popular.This 2 day course will teach you to become an Infant Massage Instructor so that you can then hold classes for parents who would like to learn this wonderful skill.Julie Duffy, our Infant Massage tutor has been teaching this very popular and rewarding therapy to therapists, midwives and Health visitors for over 15 years, she is also the lead tutor for the Aromatherapy module of the B.Sc(Hons) Complementary Therapies at UWIC CardiffThis course is open to qualified massage therapists, midwives, health visitors & qualified nursery nurses.The aim of this course is to enable therapists to instruct their clients in infant massage techniques - also known as baby massage. Successful completion will allow you to teach mums, dads or carers how to safely massage their babies on a one to one or to run small groups by demonstrating the techniques on an Infant Massage doll.
