Assessment (design and delivery)
We'll work with you to design an assessment process that will identify the best candidate(s) for the role. The process may include a bespoke competency-based interview, psychometric testing and/or job specific exercises such as role plays, in-trays, group exercises or presentations.Our consultants can also deliver or part-deliver the assessment centre process where required.
