In the heart of the Sherwood Forest, BJ Bakery has rapidly built an enviable reputation for quality catering service. We have a simple motto, it's only good enough for the client, if it's good enough for us! We are fortunate to be surrounded by great farmland, so all our buffets use fresh, local ingredients, prepared in our own kitchens. That means our eggs are free range, from a farm less than 2 miles from the shop and hams are boiled fresh 4 times a week for a traditional flavour and texture. Because we prepare all our own products, special diets are no problem and usually no extra cost!
