The business started in 1992 under the Skillman Contract Services brand which specialised in providing temporary Trades and Labour staff. Skillman Contract Services re-branded to Now Recruitment in 2000 and finally to Now Careers in 2012. As the business world embraced greater technology and increased professionalism it was important that the company name represents our fast-paced, forward thinking ethos and emphasised that recruitment is not just about "getting a job" it's about helping individuals to fulfil their career aspirations and helping clients find the right resources for their ambitions.
