Visit our to see our wide range of over 50 artisan cheeses.  We stock the staple favourites on a regular basis such as Rachel (a lovely local cheese), Stinking Bishop and the ever popular Snowdonia Cheddar, also known as Black Bomber, as well as the seasonal delight Vacherin Mont d'Or.  To cope with individual dietary needs, we always ensure our range contains a good variety of Cow, Ewe and Goat's milk cheeses, vegetarian, and both pasteurised and unpasteurised cheeses.
