Sometimes clients chose to apply for an attachment of earnings order in an effort to recover sums owed to them. For this they request that we clarify the debtors current employment status. Our agents make enquiries to ascertain who the debtors is employed by and if they are not then what benefits they are in receipt of. This enable our clients to contact the right person to proceed with their attachment of earnings request.
