I provide hands on Supply Chain Support and Consultancy and General Project Management Services which are completely flexible and tailored to meet your needs exactly. There are no long term commitments required, I am happy to help on a one off or short term basis or on longer term projects where necessary. Regular reviews mean that should any adjustments be required, these can be made quickly and efficiently to maximise the effectiveness of the support provided. Whether it be project management, interim management, support to your supply team, sourcing or cost down projects, supplier assessments, risk analysis, independent reviews, trouble shooting, or any other aspect of supply chain management, the service will be provided professionally, confidentially and with the level of commitment you expect from your own staff.
