The tree on the hill is to this very day festooned in ribbons and wishes to the fairies left by the many visitors and believers. Aberfoyle is in the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park area in Scotland less than 1 hr drive from Glasgow. Surrounded by the Queen Elizabeth Forest it is a beautiful place to visit.
