Creative Kinesiology offers a uniquely tailored healing session using muscle-testing. Zara has trained as a Creative Kinesiologist at the School of Creative Kinesiology, completing her training in 2014. She is also a qualified Crystal Therapist and studied with the Institute of Crystal and Gem Therapists (ICGT) completing her Diploma in 2013. Creative Kinesiology will appeal to those interested in personal growth and uncovering their life story. The Client and Practitioner work alongside each other in a co-creative way, where the Practitioner guides the Client along their journey and helps the Client discover their spiritual self and re-connect to their soul's purpose. Each session is different, as the muscle-testing indicates to the Practitioner what the Client needs at that time.
