Yealand Administration Limited was formed in 2008 as a fund administration house, initially to administer the OEICs and Unit Trusts of Sand Aire Limited and dedicated to delivering high quality efficient and professional service to its clients. The company is part of the Yealand Group, wholly owned by Applerigg Limited, the investment company owned by the Scott family. We choose to provide administration support to a limited number of clients to ensure service delivery is in accordance with our philosophy and this is able to manifest itself by ensuring that we continually work in close partnership with the Authorised Corporate Director, investment manager and underlying client. Yealand opts not to have 'relationship managers', preferring that all face to face contact is at a senior level and regular meetings at a director/senior management level are an essential component of all interparty relationships.
