Mabgate Mills a flourishing centre for innovative business in the Leeds Creative Quarter. Formerly textile mills, the Victorian complex has been carefully restored retaining many traditional features to offer a versatile and vibrant working environment with offices, studios and workshops set in a peaceful courtyard setting. Units from 150 to 4,000 square feet are available. New businesses benefit from our smaller furnished units offering shared kitchen and meeting room facilities. Larger, more established businesses can take a blank space to create a working environment that brings their company's brand and message to life.
