The Rose Guest House is now under new management (as from 11th April 2008) and provides comfortable Bed and Breakfast accommodation near to the centre of Lochinver in the Assynt area of Sutherland, north west Highlands of Scotland. Lochinver and Assynt afford many opportunities for walking, climbing, sailing, fishing and birdwatching and are an excellent base for touring the north western part of the Scottish Highlands. There are good sandy beaches nearby. Bike hire and fishing rod hire are available from the guest house and local fishing permits can be arranged for trout and salmon fishing.
