David Oates is a photographer based in Manchester, England. His clients include the BBC, The Daily Telegraph, The Guardian, The Sunday Times, The Observer, Cathay Pacific, The Whitworth Art Gallery, Manchester Museum, Finisterre, 11 Freunde (Berlin), Interserve and Manchester International Festival. David is a visiting lecturer in photography at the University of Salford. His work has exhibited internationally, featuring in the Dallas Biennial, Recontres D'Arles, France; Festival Images, Vevey, Switzerland and the Dong Gang Photography Festival, Korea.
