The acupuncture practice provides treatment for individuals throughout Reading and Berkshire. The practice is run by Andrew Hanson (within the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine) who uses his experienced knowledge to treat patients with many conditions ranging from fertility and emotional problems (stress), to back pain and sports injury. Acupuncture treatment is aimed at supporting the movement of energy around the body (through channels known as meridians) and therefore because energy has an influence on all organs and systems, it is widely believed that acupuncture can be beneficial for a wide range of medical complaints. These can vary from clearly defined complaints to more general symptoms with unexplained causes.
