Producing Operation & Maintenance Manuals for the Building Services and Construction Industry
We produce hand-over documentation for the building services and construction industry. These are generally referred to as Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Building Manuals, and H&S Files. When producing a manual we fully author and compile the complete document and include all necessary test certificates and record drawings (issued by others). Manuals are generally issued digitally as a pdf file complete with bookmarks and hyperlinks to make a fully searchable interactive document. Your company logo is placed on the front cover to make it a customised document. We also produce User Manuals / Guides for projects. These are usually derived from the O&M or project hand over documents and are targeted at the end user or tenant of the property and only include items that the user can operate and safely maintain. All documents are suitable for printing.
