We have gathered evidence from existing advocacy partnerships that there are many benefits to extending the initial relationship over a longer time, rather than following the advocacy protocol of closing a partnership after a single concern has been resolved A longer term partnership is more like a mentoring relationship and we would like to develop mentoring as an additional resource to complement advocacy
