Iain came up with the idea of creating a suite of GoldMine training videos as a back up to the initial training (which was delivered by the GoldMine partner) This meant that the end users no longer needed to phone up the helpdesk every time they forgot how to do something, they could just view the relevant video on their intranet. As a result the customer has a much better training experience and the help-desk in question managed to reduce time spent answering simple training questions by 50%.
