Lift maintenance
During the regular planned maintenance visits our lift engineers will inspect, clean, lubricate and adjust all components for optimum performance and complete a report, detailing the work carried out. In addition, depending on the type of contract, we will either replace or identify and report worn or faulty components to you. We have a long standing network of clients situated throughout the South West, including care home managers, building owners and property management companies.
