I offer confidential counselling to clients within the Hampshire area. My practice is located in The Odiham Clinic and has free parking nearby. Also, I work in The Richmond Surgery, Richmond Close, Fleet, Surrey GU52 7US on Thursday & Friday mornings from 9am - 1pm. I am experienced with a wide range of issues such as: Bereavement, Loss, Anxiety, Stress, Burn-out, Trauma, Depression, Workplace Issues and Past Issues that are affecting day to day life. Counselling is an effective means of help and can help clients feel able to engage with life again. Some people find that physical symptoms they are experiencing are caused or aggravated by emotional distress. Some people notice that their quality of life is diminishing. Some people come to counselling because they just don't feel right but can't pinpoint what the problem is. Others know what the problem is but don't know if and how it can be resolved.
