Simon Fegen is a CEDR Accredited Mediator working with Leach Group and has extensive experience in dispute avoidance and dispute resolution practices in the construction industry. He has been resolving disputes on housing, building and civil engineering projects for over 16 years. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Association of Arbitrators (Southern Africa).
