Maintenance - Capital homes will manage all maintenance issues. Renewals - Capital homes will renew your tenancy as standard. Inventory - Capital homes will issue a professional inventory using HHSRS trained clerks. Accessibility - Capital homes will connect you to a cloud based property management system which will allow you to log in, check the status of your property and view documents relating to the property. Photographs - Capital homes will take first class photos of your property making sure the customer gets the highest quality first impression. Signage - Capital homes have a professional sign fitter with years of experience who will make sure your property gets noticed. Capital homes aim to cater to you. To supply you with the best service possible including a personal meeting to discuss your Full Management needs. Capital homes ask that all properties are cleaned and tidy before photos are to be taken. We can also arrange cleaning services if necessary. Properties that are unclean and or untidy will not be photographed until made satisfactory. Initial fee will be equal to 50% of first months rent at a minimum of £250. You can feel safe in the knowledge that Capital homes will not share your details with anyone. Capital homes also offer a Tenant find service for Landlords who manage their own properties of which the fee shall be 70% of first months rent at a minimum of £250. Our main duty as your agent is to find quality tenants for your property. We will extensively market your property within the available portals and utilise our database of clients awaiting properties.
