Silverbear Jewellery offers classes and workshops in PMC ~ precious metal clay at the Sparc centre in Dartington, Totnes, South Devon. Her workshops consist of 6 people maximum so you'll get the best individual training. Precious Metal Clay is an amazing product which enables you to make pure silver jewellery with the ease of using clay. The clay is made from microscopic particles of silver with a mix of water and a non toxic binder to create a versatile modelling material which, once fired, becomes a beautiful piece of jewellery. It can be fired either in a kiln or by butane torch. Once the binder has burned away it leaves you with a solid piece of pure fine 999 silver (99.9% silver). Courses are run at Sparc, South Devon play resource centre, Dartington.
