Our Good to Go Safety checklists provide a duplicate copy for records and ensures all employees know the equipment status.The system is easy to use, implement and is highly flexible to meet your company needs. Simply fix the status tag to the equipment - it will clearly display a 'Do Not Use' message until an inspection has been completed. Use the checklist to complete the inspection and place the findings inside the tag for all to see (a duplicate NCR copy is created for your management records). The tag will clearly display when the equipment is 'Good to Go' and ensures all potential users know if/when it has been checked. A tamper evident seal can also be used to deter/identify any unauthorised access.
